The swim team is a low stress and fun way to enjoy competitive swimming.
Any child over five who can swim two laps of freestyle in the deep pool, has passed the Nomahegan Deep Water test, and is comfortable doing the practice can join the team.
To compete in a meet your child is required to attend at least 1 practice prior to the meet.
A $50 registration fee is charged for each child joining the swim or dive team not to exceed $135 per family. In 2024, the fee for joining both the swim and dive team is $60 per child also not to exceed $135 per family.
