Nomahegan is a great place to entertain your friends and family!
Please submit the Party Request Form when you are inviting 12 or more non-member guests below to secure your party date and time.
Party Request Forms must be received no less than 5 days prior to your requested party date (14 days for 50+ guests).
Please note:
- Guests under 18 years of age must have 1 chaperone per 6 guests.
- All guests must be paid for – even if they do not go into the pool.
- Hosts are to be at the club no less than 15 minutes before the time the party begins.
- Guests 12 and under must be met at the gatehouse by the adult member and escorted to the party location. Those 13+ may enter unaccompanied.
Payment
Once you submit your request through the form a $120 party fee will post to your Member Account. Go to the Payment section of your Member Account to submit payment. Your date will not be secured until payment is received.
The party fee secures the requested date and time. Your first 12 non-member guests are free. Non-member guests over this amount will be tracked by the gatehouse and are subject to the standard guest fee. You are responsible for the additional guest fee amount once the party is over. You can choose to pay by credit card or with your Nomahegan guest credit balance.
