Party Request Forms must be received no less than 5 days prior to your requested party date (14 days for 50+ guests).
Please note:
- Guests under 18 years of age must have 1 chaperone per 6 guests.
- All guests must be paid for – even if they do not go into the pool.
- Hosts are to be at the club no less than 15 minutes before the time the party begins.
- Guests must be met at the gatehouse by the adult member and escorted to the party location.
Payment
Any guest credits on your account will be subtracted as guests arrive. Any balance must be paid at the gatehouse upon the conclusion of your event.
